DHEAT – Digital Hostile Environment Awareness Training

Many professions and roles require staff to travel to and work in hostile environments. Most HEAT training deals with purely the physical risk to an individual. Whilst this is an essential element in the modern world, with continuous communications, social media presence and remote working practices this training misses a crucial element of risk, the digital landscape.

Our DHEAT course provides learners with the necessary skills and knowledge to both operate safely in hostile physical and digital environments but also manage assets and staff in such areas where communication is done through digital means. The training equips learners to protect their digital footprint against hostile state and non-state actors.

DFR – Digital Fraud Responder

Digital Fraud is a growing issue in the modern age. Criminals are increasingly targeting their victim’s digital footprint and presence in order to commit fraud against them. 44% of higher scale losses is based or originates in digital attacks. With an increasing number of attackers targeting more vulnerable members of the community such as the elderly and Police resources dwindling, resulting in a very poor response when a member of the public calls for help, there has never been more need for a professional response to fraud from the private sector.

Our Digital Fraud Responder training package equips learners with the necessary skills to respond, investigate and identify the component elements of the criminality. Once these skills are achieved learners will then be taught how to mitigate risk against the victim and identify opportunities for the recovery of money, evidence recovery to support a prosecution against the offenders and leave victims in a far better place and mindset than they found them in.
